These are our Static Caravan and Lodge Categories.

The Lodge

The Lavender Lodge has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. One double bedroom with King sized bed and two twin rooms, the master having en-suite shower room. A separate family bathroom with overhead shower and WC.


Has the benefit of decking, full gas central heating, double glazing, The fully fitted luxury kitchen has fridge/freezer, full size electric oven with gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.


The spacious lounge has TV and separate dining area.  Parking available for two cars. Sorry, no pets allowed.

AAA

Luxury 12' wide caravans. Double glazed with central heating in all rooms. Recessed gas fire in spacious lounge with TV. Dining area and kitchen with full size gas cooker, fridge and microwave. Freezer or freezer box in all caravans. Two or three bedrooms and sleeps up to four or six. Shower room with hand basin and toilet. Some have en-suite/separate toilet. Parking for one car. Up to two pets may be permitted in certain caravans at £40 each per week or part.

We provide quilts and pillows for your stay. Please bring your own bed linen; you also need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

All caravans are non-smoking/vaping

• All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices include gas, electricity & colour television. There are no meters.

• One to two dogs in some caravans at a cost of £50 per dog per week.

• Caravans are available from 2pm on day of arrival, and we ask you to vacate by 10 am on day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

• We reserve the right to re-let any caravan not claimed by 8pm.

• Arrival after 8pm by arrangement only.

• Deposit of £100 per week per caravan will secure your booking, balance due two months before arrival.

• A deposit of £200 per week is required for the Lavender Lodge, balance due two months before arrival.

• No refunds will be made for cancellation or curtailment of stay.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Lodge requires a deposit of £200.00 per week and static caravan holidays require a deposit of £100.00 per week, in advance, on all bookings. The Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Balance is to be paid two months before arrival. Check-in is between 2pm and 8pm (later arrival available by arrangement only). Departure is by 10am.

2. It is regretted that refunds cannot be given for curtailment of stay or for cancellation of booking for any reason. Please ensure you have appropriate holiday insurance cover.

3. Latest arrival time for ALL guests is 8pm regardless of the type of stay (Please notify us if arriving after 4:30pm - Arrangement can be made for arrival up to 10pm only)

4. Late departure by arrangement only.

5. Any person who, in the opinion of the proprietors causes undue disturbances, or fails to keep dogs under control, will be asked to leave. Refunds will not be given.

6. We operate a quiet and peaceful site, for the enjoyment of everyone, and therefore a no noise policy after 11pm is enforced. The children’s play area will be cleared by dusk or 10pm which ever comes first, and this will be strictly monitored. Ball games are not permitted in the play area. Children must be supervised at all times.

7. No commercial vehicles allowed. No electric vehicles to be charged (EV or PHEV).

8. The Site owners will not accept liability for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused or sustained.

9. Young children (under 12) must be supervised in the shower/toilet/laundry blocks at all times.

10. We do not accept bookings from same sex parties, or groups under 18 years of age.

11. Campfires/'firepits'  can be used with care off the ground on a mat or blocks in certain areas. Please see the site Warden for permission/advice.

12. All BBQ's to be off the ground. Blocks can be found by the re-cycling area.

13. Smoking is strictly forbidden in any of our letting fleet of caravans and in the shower/toilet blocks.

14. Children aged 3 and under free.

15. All breakages must be paid for or replaced before departure.

16. Dogs must not be left on the site unattended. In our holiday rentals, dogs are not not allowed on all seats, in the bedrooms or on beds or duvets. 

17. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the site. There are exercise areas around the park and off site. All dog fouling must be picked up and put in the bins provided.  Failure to comply could result in being asked to leave.

18. In the interests of safety, children are requested to use their bicycles, scooters, balance boards etc  safely off road and not in the main entrance area of the site.
